1.3 Filling & Conveyance

• Filling Machine: 1 x movable dual-nozzle filler (servo-controlled per nozzle, with secondary mixing). 2 x 30L tanks (external cleaning system). Quick-connect piston pumps; ceramic heating for precise temperature control. Electrically heated dual-layer hoses (replaceable inner hose for color changes). Servo-driven piston pump; air cylinder-controlled needle valve; AC motor agitator. PLC-controlled with touchscreen/button interface; dual power supply options.
• Nozzle Control: Air cylinder-driven opening/closing and movement. Heated nozzles; SUS collection tray; air cylinder-controlled material movement.

1.4 Auxiliary Modules

• Reheating: Swiss-imported heating elements; handwheel height adjustment. Touchscreen temperature settings; manual fan control.
• Cooling: Water-circulation system (-20°C max), 8HP compressor, R404A refrigerant. Under-table cooling channels; piped cold air; double-insulated tunnel.
• Discharge & Handling: Industrial module-controlled X/Y movement. 4 x container grippers; servo-driven rotation; air cylinder-powered vacuum system (patented dual-clamp design, adjustable force, 8–17.1mm diameter compatibility). Flexible chain conveyor for mold transfer.
